dales Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 I continually have the problem of the PayPal module not completing the auto return to complete the sale. The items ordered sometimes are not recorded by Paypal, and not passed back. I have the auto return activated, and it does work most of the time, but when it doesn't, is there some way I can access the customers shopping cart to see what they ordered? Since the order is not completed, the shopping cart is not cleared. Right now I am forced to contact the customer and ask them to identify the item ordered, which appears very unprofessional.
