EP Uploads Only Single Item

Thank you for any help. I posted this outside of the EP support forum also - sorry about that.

 

I have read through an hour of support postings and cannot figure out why when I upload my tab dem, txt file (formatted specifically for EP) it only uploads the first item. Upon completion of the upload this is what it says...

Only the first file is uploaded. And even this file is incomplete when looking at the catalog page after the upload. Only the cat name and product name uploads. No price - description (which has html in it).

 

Ive increased the db field sizes, fixed the $root_doc prob, etc..

 

I dont know where Im going wrong.

 

Can you please point me in the right direction
