BenFremer Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 I received this from my host's tech support, when I asked about why the SSL lock wasn't showing up in the bottom right corner of my browser window during checkout: "It looks like the SSL is not working because of your href="http://www.tdiproducts.net/"> tag and the links you use on your checkout page. For https to work you do not want to have http links appearing within your document." Does anybody know how I can do this in OSCommerce? Thank you! Ben

dave111 Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 You mean the lock shows up as broken? having http:// links within a secure page doesnt matter at all... Please post a link so we can see what your talking about.
jasper98 Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 I had the same problem... check this thread. It helped me. http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=72486&hl=
AlanR Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 You may find your answer at the bottom of this page:http://www.oscommerce.info/kb/osCommerce/G...mon_Problems/75 The solution will more likely be found in this thread: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?sho...23entry672623 In https this is showing: <base href="http://www.tdiproducts.net/"> This means that osC is not correctly detecting the ssl server.
