Need Help with Tstring error

Hi, I am trying to install an product attribute but i ran into a tstring error, im new with php and i cant find the error. can anyone please help me fix it or tell me what i am doing wrong. thank you.

 

the code is too long so im just going to cut and paste it. the error is like around line 22, the line with the echo statement
