Checkout Confirmation added fields

Just wondering if it is possible to add fields to the confirmation page. I have added some fields to the personal profile that i want relected in the confiormation page as it will be used for printing. Currently there is only simple address, billing and shipping and product/costing displayed. Even if i was to get their phone number displayed, i am not sure how to do it.

Any ideas.
