Site not fully loading

My website (www.gpsmundi.com/eshop/catalog/) is not fully loaded.

 

When column_left.php should be loaded, the website loading process aborts. This happens here (website view source):

The entire page is only loaded after pressing once or several times the reload / refresh button.

 

But, when the website runs on the shared SSL, the site is properly loaded the first time.

 

Where could the bug be?

Under shared SSL happens the same: the website is not fully loaded.
