changing the shipping page

I am finding the shipping page very restrictive when adding text, is it possible to add some html so I can format the shipping page?

of course. In your language file, you can add all kinds of fomatting. I like to have anchor links of the FAQ at the top, jumping down to the topic the customer wants to read.

Hi Monika, thanks for your reply thats exactly what I would like to do how would one do this? The terms and conditions are so long! terms and conditions

 

In my shipping.php I would like to add a table showing the different rates is this possible aswell?
