Change "Let's see what we have here"

Can someone tell me where this is stored and how it can be changed? It shows up in every subcategory and I would like to change it to a different heading in each subcategory.

see your catalog\includes\langueage\english\index.php file

 

define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Let\'s See What We Have Here');

 

just do a search in the language files for "what we have here"
