Add Product Description to Category Summary

Okay. I have short descriptions for most of my products. I would like to see the description for each product in the "Let's See What We Have Here" category list of products. It would (I think) mean adding another column of data between the Product Name column (which is sortable) and the Price column.

 

If anyone could point me to which page to edit, or even better, offer some snippets to paste into it, I would be really grateful!
