abetterday Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Hello.... I need help getting my Shooping Cart running again. I was trying to load some files which I backed up last year and ended up creating this problem. 1146 - Table 'allthin_shop.configuration' doesn't exist select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration [TEP STOP] What do I do ????? I can neither get to my shopping cart nor my Adminstrative page. Thanks Try to have abetterday than yesterday!
♥Vger Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 You need to access your configure.php files. If you uploaded or restored old versions of those files they may be pointing to an old database which no longer exists. Vger

♥Vger Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 You compare the database name in either of those files with the name of the database you are actually using. To find that out go to your web hosting control panel and click on the MySQL Administration link to access your database via phpmyadmin. Your hosting company may also provide you with a direct link to phpmyadmin. Vger

♥Vger Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 When you get to your database in phpMyAdmin just take a look at the name of it and then compare that name against the name of the database in your configure.php files. If the name of your database in phpMyAdmin is different to the one you have listed in the configure.php files then edit the configure.php files with the name of the actual database you have installed. abetterday Posted September 30, 2005 Author Posted September 30, 2005 Hi...well to be honest with you I tried to work with those files but was not successful but It probably was just because I do not know what I am doing. Anyway the whole problem started when Jaguar (my host) deleting their data based which my backup file pointed too. Well anyway after complaining for another 2 days they informed they went to their archives and did a restore which usually cost $15.00 which they were not going to charge me. Maybe you can enlighten me but why did they not tell me form the begining (6 days aga) that the service was available. BUT!!!! now because when I was working with the other files andding and deleting accounts someway I have changed the password to my Affilate Administration files. Do you know by any chance ow to find out what that PASSWORD SHOULD BE? Is there a file somewhere which contains the password or do I need to go back to Jaguar -the host or what do I need to do so I can access my Affil. Admin. page? Thanks Try to have abetterday than yesterday!
