Need Help! Cant get rid of U/N, P/W prompt!

When my customers access my site, there are no pictures available and they are prompted to enter a User Name & Password. I cant figure this out. I loaded 7 new products yesterday but you can see those product pictures but not the older ones... only their text. Help me figure this out.

Look for a .htaccess file inside your 'shop' folder. It's probably applying password protection and maybe preventing images loading.
