Import directly from the QuickBooks Export file?

Is there a contribution to import products directly from the QuickBooks Export file? I have over 10,000 products to enter asap and my client is driving me nuts. I have installed the Easypopulate v2.72-MS2 but that is still going to take days or weeks to reorganize the QuickBooks export file. Maybe I could run a MySQL querry??! HELP!
