Level Pricing - Setting Up Dealer Pricing

I did a search with nothing relevant..

 

I am trying to setup dealer pricing in a store, to where to certain users granted access will have a percentage off or special pricing.

 

I'm thinking there may be a contribution, but I didnt see one.

 

Or I would have to setup 2 stores on the same domain, I prefer not to do this...
