setting status of order - paypal

In the paypal payment module there is a option `Set PayPal Acknowledged Order Status` where you can define to what osc should set the status of an order in case a order has been completed. I looked through the entire script in inclides/modules/payment/paypal.php but i can't find the place where actually this setted status is used to update the entry in the database table `orders`. Could anyone please hint me, where this update of that row is made? I really can't find it.

 

as a matter of fact it should be either in that paypal.php or in the checkout_process.php file, but i ihad no luck.
