Backup/Restore Function

I just tried to restore files through "Backup" function and now I can not get back to oscommerce Administrative page.... All I get is this error message when I did a restore.

1146 - Table 'allthin_shop.configuration' doesn't exist

 

select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration

Can someone explain to me what I am to do? Even when I close the program and then reconnect to the oscomm. site this error message appears but no Adminstrative Page... I am shut out and I know little about computers so Hopefully someone can help an idiot.
