Stuck at the "new customer" form - error

At http://www.tdiproducts.net , when I enable SSL, (trying to use a shared SSL certificate from tigertech.net), users can no longer register as a new customer. If you try it, it just refreshes the "new customer" form, leaving you to fill it out, endlessly, without progress.

 

Can anybody help me out with this?
