Old and New Order On Same Invoice

Hello All, since upgrading to osCommerce 2.2-MS2 sometime back I have this issue where all old order(s) of the same client showing up on a new order (invoice) of that client and its confusing. Even orders that were made more than a year ago.

 

Can anyone tell me how to fix this please.
