Hi all,

I have an auth.net setup that has been working fine for months. Today there was some confusion as the store owner was seeing an order in the admin/orders section with a customer name and order date, but no order total, no product listing, etc. It is essentially an empty order entry with an existing customer associated.

Further research reveals that the customer attempted a purchase and had her card declined by auth.net.

My question is: is it normal for a declined transaction to generate an order entry in the database? If not, is there anything you think may be causing this?

TIA!

I am in the same boat, have a question in general forum and in the authorizenet forum, neither have been remedied. Someone said there is a fix in the auth thread, but I can not find it.
