Please Help with Database - I messed it up!!!

Hey all, I am very new to both php and sql. I have so far done ok getting through it all. I believe though ininvertanly i may have messed up the database when I removed the sample data, since i never entered any attributes for the new data. Now my attributes page wont show up (appears blank). Is there anyway to manually fix the database so the attributes page will show up or is there anything i can do so i dont have to reenter all the information? i have including a link to my database that i exported to a sql file so you guys can take a look at it thanks a million in advance!!! MY Database
