404 Error Contribution

I have been searching for the Error Docs contribution for the past twenty minutes. When someone goes to a page that isnt available on the server - it displays a 404 etc. error message that uses the same template as the site.

 

Anyone know what its actually called? I cant find it in the contributions any longer.
