Handle delivery and VAt

Hi,

 

Still on an upward learing curve with oscommerce, So configuration is still a lengthy process. The company i'm setting up the script for trades all over the worlds with various delivery cost and items with or without VAT.

 

With the chage made so far oscommerce is stable, but no live yet. With the current default installation of this script, I can only see:

 

Sub-Total: ?267.98

Flat Rate (Best Way): ?5.00

Total: ?272.98

 

I'm need assitstance with:-

 

1) Alter all on screen information and prints (order, invoice) to reflect the choice shown below and not as shown in the default installation of oscommerce. ie

 

Net-Total: ?85.00

Delivery: ?7.00

Sub-Total: ?92.00 (Net + Delivery)

 

VAT (17.5%): ?16.11

Total: ?108.11

 

 

2) how to handle different delivery charge depending where inthe world the order will be shipped to. Or have and order confirmation sent out from oscommerce showing delivery charges.

 

3) How to switch VAT off to countries where is is not applicable.
