Product model too long using Easy Populate

Hi,

 

Just started using (or at least trying to!) Easy Populate, I can download, edit, upload and split files no problem, but when I try and re-insert the file into the database I get an error message saying 'Product_Model too long' - the only thing is I don't even use the product number field so it's blank anyway!

 

Any help or advice is appreciated as always!

First off, you MUST use product model, as it's the unique ID for each of your products - even if you just create a column in excel and fill-down it'll do the trick.
