need help developing Export shipping to oscommerce

Hello

I been working on a addon for oscommerce and Cre loaded oscommerce.

its an addon checkout shipping but instead of checkout_shipping its CHECKOUT_EXPORT_FEE and CHECKOUT_EXPORT_DUTY_TAX and CHECKOUT_EXPORT_SHIPPING.

it beings with normal shipping checkout then goes to checkout export fee & checkout export duty tax and checkout export shipping and goes to checkout payment and so on.

so far I got most of it done.

and I did have the export percent working and showing, but then some thing screwed up along the way.

so I need some help gettting this to work.

what this is suppossed to do is for those that have dropship warehouse that do not ship out side the usa area or their countries are at all.

they can make a little extra money for their business if they have their own storage for products to shipped from the warehouse suppliers office to your storage office and you charge a small percentage fee plus duty tax for shipping to other countries to be applied and then the extra shipping fee need from your export office address to the customers address that is out side the usa or your countries area.

and so you wont over charge the customers for shipping out side your countries area.

so I been working on this for about 3 weeks now and gettings some errors and fixing them and then comming up with new ones.

now I am NOT a pro coder or to used to coding in php or used to coding for oscommerce platform.

but I been doing my best and trying to get it to work.

I would like to get some help on this and not just with coding cause I think some of it has to deal the sql as well.

and I did add in some sql to the system too that was needed for the export modules to be listed and show up in admin under shipping modules.

and most of this was by guessing and testing in sql.

and once this is done I would gladly share it with any one here and put it for free download too.

but right now I need some pro's help to finish it and getting it all working it does has alot to deal with orders and printout and every thing so if any one applies this to their shop as a mod there would be alot of extra coding in it to work for them.

cause I done alot coding on it just to getting working to apoint.

and alot hours in it too.

so if some one is willing to help me out finish this project I be so happy.

cause I like to get this done and test it out and make sure theres no errors in it and then set it on here for free download for those who like to use it.
