killermonkey Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 Greetings! ive been searching all day in the forum and i doublt i am the only one. But does anyone know a way to list products not just by say, main categories, or manufactures, but rather by all sub-categories, or all products? For example. lets say a store is selling stickers. main category: funny stickers, scary stickers, weird stickers, cartoon stickers. then sub category are: usa, canada, mexico, thailand, and japan. and of course, each sticker has their manufacturer attribute set. so is ther any way to list the stickers by country, or by all stickers?? contributions? or perhaps php mod? Thanks!

Dolcev Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 Sweet Dolcev! ill check that out. how about sub-categories? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That could be done with the search query as well. The best thing to do is to go into the advanced search in osCommerce and run a search in the sub category you want and for the term you want. Then take the URL the search generates from the address bar and use this as your link. For example - advanced_search_result.php?keywords=stickers&categories_id=39&inc_subcat=1
