Categories Box left corner

Hi, I'm trying to get rid of the category box curve, I've been succesful with all other boxes but this one. I've modified the code in categories.php to say

 

new infoBoxHeading($info_box_contents, false, false);

 

and modified the code in boxes.php to use the corner_left_right.gif.

The problem I have is that when I open my page the categories box look ok, (square corner), but when I navigate to other pages or refresh the page it switches back to a curve corner, I can actually see a quick swith from square to curve happening during refresh, can anybody help resolve this please??
