Guest Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Hi, I logged into by site admin this morning to update some sales records and then decided to check my site live so clicked onto cataloge but all I got was a blank page. I then entered my sites url into google and ended up with the same blank page. I then contacted my Hosting Company who did a few checks but came up with no errors on their part that could have caused a problem with my site and they advised me to get in touch with the support section for the template I have used. Can anyone give me any clues as to what may have happened and what I should do, please. By the way, I haven't altered any files etc on my site as I wouldn't know how to! Hope someone can help. best Wishes, Lin

Guest Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 you will need to get the help from the people who put your site together, you are not using the standard osCommerce.

♥Vger Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 The host company advertise it as being osCommerce - it may just be that it's an automated install with a branded login screen to the admin. I'm guessing that the hosting company upgraded something that broke osCommerce. Best to get them to own up to what they changed. Vger

My hosting company emailed to say my site was fixed. The layout has been changed and it is running very slowly. I have been trying to set my products active again but after so many it almost freezes and then I get ' page cannot be displayed' and so have to log in again. I have informed my hosting but so far have not had a reply back from them. Should I be worried that my site has been accessed and should I think about changing my hosting?!!
♥Vger Posted September 23, 2005 Posted September 23, 2005 Mibble was correct - what you have is not osCommerce, it's CRE Loaded. This is not the forum for CRE Loaded, sorry! Vger
