Guest Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Hi, I have a product that shows in the backend admin area with a weight of 3lbs. When I add it to the cart by itself and checkout it shows a weight of 6lbs. Has anyone ever seen this? Please help. Thanks Fletch Quote
mushindo Posted September 24, 2005 Posted September 24, 2005 Do you have extra weight added to your items? Check in ADMIN > CONFIGURATION > SHIPPING / PACKAGING: Package Tar weight.
