Guest Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Hi there, I have a website under oscommerce (Kings Computers) and I am trying to get a royal mail module, i have installed one on my website at the moment but oscommerce seems to not be able to get the rates right, the standard delivery will start with 4kg rate no matter what i put for the item's weight and the registered delivery dont accept my zone, special delivery starts the rates from 10kgs, no matter what item i have with what weight! seank123 Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Have you checked the 'Package Tare Weight' in admin->configuration->packaging/shipping?? If it's still set to the default '3' then 3Kg will be added to the basket's weight - set it to zero. Quote
