I really need help I downloaded a contribution that did not work so if anyone uses a good one that works or just knows how to do it I would greatly appreciate the help.

You can do that yourself but it won't work as well as some of the contribuitons. The two that work best, IMO, are Header Tags and Dymanic Meta Tags.
