Getting "Your Shopping Cart is empty!" After Conf.

Hi, I'm getting "Your Shopping Cart is empty!" after any order confirmation.. whether it's check/money order or CC... after I confirm the order.. that's what I get.. I turn SSL on/off.. played around w/ sessions...

 

here's what my configure.php looks liek:

 

the order success page showed up fine before.. but now it doesn't after adding fancier invoice.. i tried uninstalling it. but still no luck... please help!

i forced using cookies.. and fixed the cookie issue and now it works.. but w/ sessions - it's screwy
