Help none of my items dont show

Hi can any one help when i add a item they dont seem to show in the categories if you look on my site you will see what i mean my site

I had the same problem a while ago and i think oit was after i installed thge header tags moule. The only way i got around this was to do a restore of the DB and run Easy Populate to repopulate my cats again.
