Looking for Order Creator/Adder

Hi,

 

Im looking for something that will allow me to add orders.

 

Example, someone calls to place an order, I would like a page where I can type in there information and save it as an order so I can print packing list, invoice, etc.

 

And whatever they order,the quantity is subtracted from the products current quantity, so if they order one TV and I have 5 in stock, after I add there order there will only be 4 left in stock.
