My shop won't handle downloads

Hi, I'v etried searching the forums for help on this and drawn a blank so any help would be appreciated.

I run a shop here: https://magma.bpweb.net/secure/yfc/shop/catalog/index.php

And we want to add a download feature. However whenever I try to add products for download I don't get a link allowing me to download the file.

The downloadable Catalogue is viewable but when I purchase it the shop tells me I can download it form my account page but the name of hte product is not a link.

Is there anyone who can help, let me know if you need any more info,
