I want to remove my right columm, puting all in the left, and increse the content, how can i do it?

1. remove this code from the shop files in the main folder...

2. add the boxes you want from the left column over to the right column by editing includes/column_left.php

those 3 and all other of the files in the shop where you want only 2 columns to show.

 

 

In a default osCommerce setup this is about 38 files....

I have a question.. i installed this and now some of the images are not loading.. how do i fix this? and by images i mean the defaul_table ones. they are there and blank inmages but they show up as broken links.. thanks in avance

Change the size of the transparent images, make them closer to the shown image size...

I'm having the same problem. New Install of OsC and BDP 2.4 and while it's set the page out nice, i have NO images anywhere...

Since I changed to the Design pack my "BUY NOW"buttons appearing in all languages in english.

 

Any idea where I can change this text to other languages or better where I change the text itself?

 

I hope somebody has an idea.

In the language files for your shop..

ie. for english you will find it here: includes/languages/english.php

 

for german you will find it here: includes/languages/german.php

 

and so on......

Same procedure....you upload the content inside the grey skin folder overwriting the same files on your hosting.

This still leaves the grey jpg that is all by itself outside of any folder.

 

Also, there is no picture top right next to the shopping cart. (whats new?, products etc.)

 

Is there a fix for this?

the grey.jpg is just a screenshot of how it looks....

 

 

Also, there is no picture top right next to the shopping cart. (whats new?, products etc.)

 

BDP replaces all those images with a 1 px transparent gif, so they do not show....

 

If you do want some images there, you can try out one of these 2 packs....

Thanks for the contribution, very nice!

 

But as you are guessing, i have small problem. It has to do with the images i am uploading when new product is added.

In the admin the pictures shows up nicely, but in the shop it is strechted.

 

In admin i have small image width: nothing

and for the height i am using : 200 pix

 

Normally he automaticly ratio size the image, but with basic design it doesn't work as i was used to.

 

Can you help me with this? Hopefully you already have the solution.

With BDP you have to set both width and height in admin.

I have installed the contrib BDP and i am very pleased with it, but i cant figur out the following problem;

 

My Site; www.prohippo.nl

 

You can see the header on the top right is white, where can I change this header color? Same for the header navigation, what

must i do to continue the blue background in right header navigation, so it will also shown in the left navigation header, which now is white color.

 

Hope someone has the answer for this, i thank you in advance.

BDP have an automatic thumbnails sytem which takes care of that among other things...

Hi you have several options...

 

1. you can make the total site with wider in stylesheet.css

 

or

 

2. you can set the image size in your admin to be less wide.

 

or

 

3. you can modify includes/modules?new_products.php to only show 2 product/images pr. row.
