Type index.php or not?

HI

If i go to my Site like

www.mk34.com i get this Error Message

1146 - Table 'artxpress.configuration' doesn't exist

 

select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration

 

[TEP STOP]

 

But if if go like this

 

www.mk34.com/index.php

 

everything seems to be allright. WHat can be the Problem here?

Still working on Site (not all products changed yet)
