Installation Oscommerce Error

This is my error when i install new oscommerce

The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set.

 

Please perform the following actions:

 

    * cd /home2/kyngheviet/public_html/it/includes/

    * touch configure.php

    * chmod 706 configure.php

 

    * cd /home2/kyngheviet/public_html/it/admin/includes/

    * touch configure.php

    * chmod 706 configure.php

 

I chmoded it, but not work with 706 and 777

you did both of them? how did you 'chmod' the files listed?
