Kenja Posted September 21, 2005 Posted September 21, 2005 I'm getting ready to hire someone to run my store for me while I work another job and I have a security concern I'm hoping to resolve. Right now the only way to run credit transactions through authorize from the website is through the standard catalog. The problem is when a price adjustment is made to either a product or shipping, I typically do a manual order and then run the transaction through the authorize.net virtual terminal. If I turn the keys of the virtual terminal over to my employee, they can change the bank account information and have full access to all the setup and security functions. It leaves a pretty big security flaw in the system. I'd prefer to have a way to have them run a credit transaction through the OSC admin interface to protect my account. Does anyone know of a way to do that? It'd be ideal if you could just enter the order number, the credit card info and press "submit"... I've searched the contribs and the forums and haven't had much luck. How have others been addressing this problem? Thanks, Ken
