what file do i edit?

my checkout_confirmation.php has the following for tax:

 

7.0% GST on shipping + 8.0% PST (shipping): $0.94

 

where do i go to edit this? i don't want it to say "on shipping" or (shipping) cause i don't charge tax on shipping..

 

i've looked in the following lang files:

checkout_confirmation.php

ot_tax.php

ot_total.php

Have you checked the tax classes or tax rates in the admin panel? I would expect these strings to be set there
