Can't See orders placed!!

Someone placed an order in my shop today and I can't see it... I got the paypal reciept from the order but, I can't fill the order..

 

Why can't I see it?

 

Please help. :'(

I'm guessing they did not click on the back to merchant option after paying through paypal. If they aren't redirected back to your checkout_success page the order will not show up in your admin section. You can install the paypalIPN contribution and you'll be able to see the order whether they are redirected back to your site or not.

Is that a hard contribution to do? I am NO GOOD at installing those things.

It's pretty easy actually, the toughest part is dealing with paypal :)

 

You can use the existing paypal module and setup paypal to autoredirect back to your website, but I think a lot of people still just exit before it actually redirects anyway. The IPN module will save you a lot of grief.
