spelling error in email

:'( When a customer emails me, the subject says Enquiry from deedlebags instead of "Inquiry" from deedlebags. Can someone tell me where to fix this?

I would gladly do so if I knew how, I use notepad so I have no clue what lines are what. (goes to show how little programming I know)
