Easy Populate making me lose my hair!

Hi all, I really hope someone can help me here, I've been trawling through the forums and tried many different solutions to the Easy Populate errors I keep getting when I try to upload/split an EP.txt file.

 

I have no problems downloading and editing the tab deliminated file but when I try and upload/split the file I get the following errors:

You can download your split files in the Tools/Files under /catalog/temp/

 

Any advice is more than welcome, i've already spent over a week trying to sort this out to no avail!
