I like my product page but I am still not happy with my main/index page. I feel like I need more sample photos but I don't know how to do it without it feeling like a jumbled mess.. any other CC is welcome as well.

I like your site idea and general layout. But on the index it seems kinda too busy??

I say keep the "steps animation/slideshow" and remove the other 3 pics and just use text or shift the pics around where it easier to read maybe on the bottom ??.Oh and also remove the catagorie count.really like your header too looks good. :D

I think the look of the banner and menu is clean and professional looking, however the pink framing is broken on Firefox and the main page definately suffers from being a bit cluttered

I notice that you are possibly using the option type feature. There is a problem in stock oscommerce that means if an account holder adds items to their cart and then logs in, all the attributes will become jumbled creating an unsightly shopping cart page (the more attributes the worse it looks). There is a solution to this as I have previously stated in this thread HERE.

I felt that customising the cards was very difficult (I got confused with the options), hampered by the multiple "Card Text cont.:" lines that make it look more work than it really is. I believe that the text area in the later option type contribution may be better suited to your needs.

Ultimately you will need to figure out a way of making a better customisation interface. My website sells customised woven labels and I face similar issues, therefore I am preparing for a site redesign that will allow some kind of dynamic product builder/preview via javascript or flash.
