hanoul Posted September 20, 2005 Posted September 20, 2005 When an order is shipped to the customer, its status should be changed to "shipped". Right now, the only options available in the Admin page for Customer>Orders are: Pending, Processing, and Delivered. Once all processing is finished and the order is shipped, the only available option is "Delivered", which will send out an e-mail to the customer notifying them that the order is "Delivered", which is confusing because the customer has not yet received anything. I need to find a way to either change the wording from "Delivered" to "Shipped", or to add another option named "Shipped" to order status. Anybody knows where these option names are set?
