Paypal Orders NOT registering

I have a feeling that this is NOT a new subject here - IF the bug has been fixed - PLEASE point me to the right place so I can fix it.

 

Same old song and dance...

 

I have had three consecutive orders - paypal gets through - but without registering the order on my site...

 

Can somebody help me please?
