Warning: The sessions directory does not e

Can some one help me with this I get this error when I vist the main page

 

Warning: The sessions directory does not exist: /tmp. Sessions will not work until this directory is created.

 

Don't know what it mean But I did create a tmp directory on my root dir and still same error

try setting the bottom line 'store' in your configure.php file to mysql

you have no /tmp, as that is a generic setting and you need to set that to your own path by creating the directory then placing the exact path in the admin section, thus easier to use the mysql store
