Error Message in Credit Card Processing

Hi,

 

This is my first time using OS commerce but I seem to be having a problem.

 

When I go to test the site and go to order, I get this message even after entering the Verification Value data

 

There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again.

 

Has anyone seen this and how do I check the log files to see what this means.

You need to p post more info on what cc processing you are using, etc Debbie..
