cannot access admin

Could someone please email me or post. When I try to get to my store admin by typing in www.lakecitygraphics.com/admin I get the folowing message.

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign $this in /home/lakecity/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 31

 

 

 

Please let me know what I can change to make this work as I have pending orders

that I cant see.
