Reading emails sent to the shop within OsC?

I'd like to have a web-based surface within OsC-admin.

So I'll be able to read emails sent to my shop not just send emails to registered customers.

Is there a contribution for this?

A basic surface with "To: Cc: Subject: Mail:" fields will be far enough.
