Problem with AGB Contributions

I have installed the AGB Constributions from http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1935

and I thought, I did it like it was explained.

 

The AGB are shown correctly on the top of the page if someone wants to buy anything.

But now, it seems to be impossible to accept the AGB's, everytime I check the checkbox and press the continue button the same page is shown.

 

Is this a general problem, or am I doing something wrong?

 

Any comment is appreciated?
