Fatal Error on site

This error has come up on my site and not in the admin seciton. I have posted the error and the code. Could someone help please.

make sure you have the correct catalog\includes\classes\message_stack.php file. Double check with the osc default. This error maybe cause if the admin message_stack.php somehow overided the one of the catalog side.
